FM-03Record that rollback is not available and start the hotfix as the next patch version for store review.
FM-04Publish a workaround for the failing flow, such as completing the task on the website or switching to another bill splitting mode.
FM-05Reply to every customer who reaches out with the workaround and the status of the store review.
FM-06Post a status notice that names the affected app version, the affected flow and the fixed version number once it is submitted.
FM-07After the store approves the fix, ask users to update and track recovery by the share of users on the fixed version.
