Definition: A broken build cannot be reverted because stores do not support rollback and the fix needs review.
- [ ] FM-01 Compare reports across app versions to confirm the failing flow appears only on the new version.
- [ ] FM-02 Halt the phased rollout of the affected version in the store.
- [ ] FM-03 Record that rollback is not available and start the hotfix as the next patch version for store review.
- [ ] FM-04 Publish a workaround for the failing flow, such as completing the task on the website or switching to another bill splitting mode.
- [ ] FM-05 Reply to every customer who reaches out with the workaround and the status of the store review.
- [ ] FM-06 Post a status notice that names the affected app version, the affected flow and the fixed version number once it is submitted.
- [ ] FM-07 After the store approves the fix, ask users to update and track recovery by the share of users on the fixed version.
